OFF-Line Solution
The voucher solution allows customers to purchase pre-paid air time with out the need of scratch card, but doing this by means of a POS terminals through a transaction at a retailer store.

Off-Line voucher requests are performed using PIN activation codes. The codes are stored in the terminal. In the batch voucher system, the terminal stores batches of vouchers to an agreed credit limit and combination of products. These are held encrypted within the terminal. Stocks of vouchers are replenished on daily basis. Thus there is no need for the terminal to contact the host when selling a voucher.
